Covenant Cares

You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:14-16

Covenant Cares is an opportunity for our students and families to walk beside those in our community (St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, and Pinellas Park) to lend a helping hand and offer the tangible love of Jesus. As we reach out to care for those in need with practical help, our prayer is that students experience the mercy and kindness of the Lord, and that the community we reach will see the light of Jesus and give Him glory.

Covenant Cares projects occur several times during the school year. Parents help in the planning and organization of the projects. Projects may include but are not limited to Operation Christmas Child, community clean up, assistance with our hosting church outreach, or assistance with a mission project of a Covenant Academy family or staff member.
