STEP ONE: Attend a Covenant Academy Information Meeting
These meetings are held throughout the school year and are the first step toward involvement in Covenant Academy. Call or check the website for date and time for the next meeting.

STEP TWO: Read the Covenant Handbook and Pray about whether Covenant Academy is right for your family

STEP THREE: Complete a Covenant Academy student application and pay Registration Fee
Mail to: 5495 Park Boulevard, Pinellas Park, FL 33781
The non-refundable registration fee is $100 per child for all new students.

STEP FOUR: Complete Family Interview and Registration Packet
Once the Director of Admissions processes your application, the office will call to schedule a 30-minute family interview with the Administrator. This gives us a chance to meet you and allows you to ask any remaining questions. Please allow a few minutes after the interview to complete paperwork for your child’s file. .

STEP FIVE: Take Saxon Math Placement Test.
The test is available on the Covenant homepage. Saxon Placement Tests results should be sent to the Director of Admissions to ensure your child is placed in the proper Saxon Math level.

STEP SIX: Complete Kindergarten and First Grade Screening & Complete Course Registration (7th -8th)

STEP SEVEN: Attend Parent Meetings (Summer Family Picnic, Open House)

STEP EIGHT: Start Tuition Payments (See Financial Agreement)
Tuition can be paid in full by July 1 or by ten/twelve consecutive installments, beginning in June or August. Sign up with FACTS for all financial accounting.

STEP NINE: Order Uniforms and Purchase School Supplies
Purchase school clothing through Allen’s Sport Center 727-397-0421, located at 6585 Seminole, Blvd.

STEP TEN: Attend Parent Orientation, Writing Workshop, and Class Reach Training
These events are a vital, mandatory step in attending Covenant Academy and will help to ensure a successful school year.
